We are a referral service, not a restoration contractor. When you call, we connect you with an independent local water damage and restoration provider who covers your area and can respond to your specific situation, whether that's a slow leak behind a wall or a fully flooded basement.
Every provider in our network is independent and locally operated. Before a provider receives calls from us, we confirm their service area, licensing status where applicable, and responsiveness. We continue to monitor call outcomes so that providers who don't show up or don't perform are removed from the network.
We don't perform restoration work ourselves, we don't guarantee outcomes on a provider's behalf, and we don't charge homeowners for the referral. Our disclaimer and terms spell this out in full, and we'd rather be upfront about it than have you assume we're something we're not.
