All providers in our network are independently owned and operated. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by a provider. It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that any hired contractor carries the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed in their state.
There is no charge to call our line or be matched with a provider. Any cost for restoration work is a matter between the homeowner and the provider.
Our phone line and website are intended to help homeowners and property managers find restoration help. Misuse of the service, including fraudulent or harassing calls, is prohibited.
